Completely messed my hair up. Showed her a picture and the length I wanted but she chopped my hair off! CHOPPED! And it doesnt even look like the picture but a cheap knock off and all she said after was "itll grow back" it wouldnt have to grow back if it had been cut right in the first place total disappointment
Lili is my stylist. She is amazing. I have never been disappointed. She makes her customer's feel important!
