Awful customer service. They move like molasses. They don’t care about your nails. Unhygienic. Unrealistic wait time. Horrible shaping. Went to fix a nail and they couldn’t even do it right. Don’t waste your time. Pésimo servicio al cliente. Son lentísimos. No les importan tus uñas. Poco higiénicos. Tiempos de espera irreales. Un acabado horrible. Fui a arreglarme una uña y ni siquiera pudieron hacerlo bien. No pierdas tu tiempo.

I had the worst experience here with getting my nails done. I got there in the chair at 4 and didn’t leave until 6:40pm. The lady lied saying she knew how to do a design i wanted and she kept starting over on one nail 6 times and tried to charge me $75 i told them im not paying that. They need practice on doing nails a lot of people were complaining while i was there.

01/14/2026 Gladys, did my pedicure and did an amazing job. She took her time and worked extremely hard. The salon begin to get a little busy around 3pm. She did not rush unlike some salon when they see a lot of customers, they do a rush job. Gladys maintain professional and worked accordingly. Thanks Rosa Nails
