I get you manicures all the time and they last me three weeks without chipping, I went here six days ago, and all my gel nails are broken and chipped. looks gross.

Terrible service and very disappointing experience. We waited nearly two hours to be serviced, while several other customers who arrived after us were taken ahead of us for pedicures. The manicurists themselves were amazing and did a great job, but unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the poor customer management at the front desk. The manager needs to improve how customers are organized and prioritized to ensure everyone is treated fairly and their time is respected.

Awful customer service. They move like molasses. They don’t care about your nails. Unhygienic. Unrealistic wait time. Horrible shaping. Went to fix a nail and they couldn’t even do it right. Don’t waste your time. Pésimo servicio al cliente. Son lentísimos. No les importan tus uñas. Poco higiénicos. Tiempos de espera irreales. Un acabado horrible. Fui a arreglarme una uña y ni siquiera pudieron hacerlo bien. No pierdas tu tiempo.

I had the worst experience here with getting my nails done. I got there in the chair at 4 and didn’t leave until 6:40pm. The lady lied saying she knew how to do a design i wanted and she kept starting over on one nail 6 times and tried to charge me $75 i told them im not paying that. They need practice on doing nails a lot of people were complaining while i was there.
