Rosa continued to work to find another property after the first one fell through. After finding one we really liked she helped negotiate the best deal possible and we closed 2 weeks later.

I was looking for something on the Island and had approval for several types of loans. None of these loans would finance a condo. We explored several deals and we settled on something that I really liked. She is responsible enough to suggest I look elsewhere for some of the potential choices of units. I considered this to be quite refreshing. She was interested in more than a commission and really had my best interest at heart.

Hand working. Made herself available to view potential residential home purchases 24/7. Very knowledgeable of the area and associated real estate. Always provide answer to questions either immediately or short afterwards. Much of our communication with Rosa Hands was via email, and her responses were always timely. The same regarding telephone communications.
