This restaurant closed the day after Cinco de Mayo. Shame...it was incredible.
Long wait to be seated in empty restaurant, some very usual things from menu not available, long wait for food. Pretty bad experience, never come back. Food -so so.
I have been to this restaurant both in Boston and West Hartford, Connecticut many many time both of which I’ve repeatedly spoken very highly of. But yesterday was the total opposite. Tasteless beef bowl and tacos you can get for half the price at Chipotle. Very mediocare food.
The location in Boston was wonderful. The portions made sense for the price and it was a pleasant experience. This location, however, didn’t hit the mark in my opinion. The Birria Quesatacos were okay, but there was barely any meat and the tortillas were TINY for the price. Our starters came out at the same time as our entrees, which SOUNDS like a good thing but they’re called starters for a reason.
