Dr. Javier is an excellent physician who takes time and attention to detail with her patients. However trying to get response back from the office staff is sometimes not so great.
Dr. Javier takes time with her patient to explain test results, answer any questions and to allow patient to express any concerns they might have. She is an excellent and caring physician.
Dr. Javier has been my PCP for over a year now. My experience with her and her office staff have been excellent. Dr. Javier takes her time with you and LISTENS, that means a lot.
Dr. Javier is very professional however her practice turned me away when I was in dire need of seeing my PCP. I called her practice first, they NEVER answer the phone even if you leave a voicemail you just get excuses. I called so much once I just drove there & someone was just sitting up front not answering the phone. The wait time in her office is always more than an hour just sitting in her lobby before seeing her & you could be the only patient there waiting. Patients don't come first here.
