Update: they did get back to me and apologize. And I thanked them for that. Just needed it to be brought to their attention! My husband and I love the new car that we bought from here but Our battery died 2 weeks after purchase and I have emailed them just with a question (an no, not asking for reimbursement) and they have yet to respond. It's been a week. A coworkers daughter bought a car from them also and her battery shot craps too shortly after purchase so have them check it or take it somewhere before purchase.
