Hate the fact that they website say they open at 8:30am and close at 12:00pn but yet when Im calling around 9:00 and 10:00am they wouldn't answer the phone they keep sending you to the after hour voicemail when clearly they're still open then I been waiting for my med for 4 days now when I done call twice to request it like finding a new healthcare provider is the best route at this point
Friend needed testing. Took forever for her to be served. Staff not helpful. Refused to schedule said had to use phone scheduling even though standing in the office! Use as last resort.
If you care about your healthcare that you receive, find another provider! I will be.
Like two tone said the front desk. My medical situations are personal she wanted me to scream it through the glass with a room full of people. Then got frustrated with me yelled for me to write it down now it looks real bad. The only person that should be told to anyway is the nurse and or doctor.
