Setting up to have Total Reverse Shoulder Replacement surgery with Dr Heather McIntosh, whose team has already been so helpful in answering my questions and calming my fears. Dr McIntosh is my kind of doc. Extremely focused, making sure I understand EVERYTHING that is going to happen, while remaining calm , professional and caring , while dealing with a nervous old lady ( me) who has lots of questions. Feel lucky to have landed with someone like this to get me thru this surgery.
