After reading the reviews I was very skeptical to go here..I'm from upstate NY and was traveling thru the area. I needed a bridge script for my medication and I've had to frequent ERs around the country to get the bridge script while traveling the past 3 months. Roper was by far the easiest, friendliest and most helpful in my situation. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out, everyone, including the Dr., were very kind . Thanks Roper ER for making my visit a pleasant one🙂🙂🙂
Waste of time they do not care they just tell you to take over the counter medicine and give you their opinion they also don’t write prescription for anything saying that it won’t be effective I will never go here or bring my family to this establishment . Y’all should be shut down and be taught how to care about the patients that ensure you have a job !

I visited this emergency room a week ago for severe neck pain and limited range of motion. Dr. Andrew S. Mullin was my doctor. He entered my room, and in all of 30 seconds, without any physical evaluation or testing and imaging, he determined it was merely a pulled muscle. He told me to go get myself some over the counter medicine and to "tough it out." I left feeling unheard, dismissed, and irked, but I followed his instructions anyway.
