I went there one early morning because I had been awakened from my sleep in severe pain in both my thighs. I gave them the one star because they were quick with getting me in, but did not resolve my issue let alone resolve it. Go somewhere else if you can.
The staff are just here for a job. My son was attacked and they did not treat his wounds. Not even a bandaid. He had multiple abrasions on his arms, head, legs and face. He was there for 15 minutes and they sent him away like he was garbage. And by the way, he did have health insurance. The nurse was very uncaring. I guess a black man didn't deserve her time. I will definitely be filing a complaint. They don't even deserve 1 star.
I came to the ER on 6/26 during a mental health crisis, seeking help after I ran out of a regularly prescribed medication. I had already contacted my provider, but due to a rescheduled appointment, I was left without support and had no other option but to go to the emergency room. I went to this emergency room after seeing an urgent care physician on a Sunday. I had immense pain in my lower back and sides, cloudy dark urine, dizziness and lightheadedness, chills and shivers, and a few other smaller symptoms. The urgent care tested me and found elevated levels of urobilogen, which can be indicative of issues in my liver and/or kidneys and sent me over with a referral and my test results to have my liver and kidneys tested since they did not have the resources.
