I came to the ER on 6/26 during a mental health crisis, seeking help after I ran out of a regularly prescribed medication. I had already contacted my provider, but due to a rescheduled appointment, I was left without support and had no other option but to go to the emergency room. I went to this emergency room after seeing an urgent care physician on a Sunday. I had immense pain in my lower back and sides, cloudy dark urine, dizziness and lightheadedness, chills and shivers, and a few other smaller symptoms. The urgent care tested me and found elevated levels of urobilogen, which can be indicative of issues in my liver and/or kidneys and sent me over with a referral and my test results to have my liver and kidneys tested since they did not have the resources. After reading the reviews I was very skeptical to go here..I'm from upstate NY and was traveling thru the area. I needed a bridge script for my medication and I've had to frequent ERs around the country to get the bridge script while traveling the past 3 months. Roper was by far the easiest, friendliest and most helpful in my situation. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out, everyone, including the Dr., were very kind .
