The front desk person who answered the phone around 6:38pm on July 2nd was extremely rude. I called to see if I can be seen for my tonsils which are swollen, and she treated disrespectfully. DO NOT come to this roper!
Adrienne was AMAZING & really took care of us. You can tell she loves what she does & taking care of people. She was very informative & made sure we had everything we needed. After being seen at Trident & then coming here, she gave us a peace of mind knowing exactly what to do & what was going on. I would come back just to see her
I had to go and have blood done the lady at thee desk said let me see if she can take you, I sat there and waited, after 15 mins I went to ask if she could. All she said was I didn't know where you went to vi told her I stood there for a little. Then she got a little smart, I needed this blood work cause I just had a heart attack. But after this I won't be back. Have ppl that has some compassion for ppl that has been really sick c
