I went in with severe throat pain and trouble swallowing. My strep test was negative, and the provider looked in my throat and gave me a prescription for the pain. She didn’t even feel my neck or check my lymph nodes for swelling, which is one of the first things most doctors do with severe throat pain.. After being involved in a very traumatic motor vehicle accident, I found myself needing medical attention for a second time because I did not feel my initial ER visit at another facility adequately addressed my injuries. Very knowledgeable, explained everything in my terms and I did not waste time sitting around.
Just visited Roper Express Care on Johns Island. I had a very good experience. The staff were experienced, attentive and kind. Almost no wait. I had X-rays that showed 4 fractured bones in my foot. They expertly splinted it and referred me to an orthopedic doctor. Definitely would recommend them.
