The best staff! I appreciated how attentive and caring the staff were. Even the women at the front desk! They get you out super fast while also being very diligent with your care.
I took my son to this location with a sore throat on. Sunday. They did a rapid strep test which came back negative. They sent a sample out for a lab strep test. On Wednesday, I received a report by my chart that the labs came back positive for Strep, so I called the office to get medicine. I was told I would get a call back from a nurse. They finally called me back on Saturday to let me know he had strep. Four days after the results came back! Our first visit was for an x-ray and they missed a 2-in long sewing needle that was in my daughter's toe. Decided to give them another chance when I needed urgent care. Showed up at 8:00 when they open. Waited until 8:45 and there was still no one to let us in.
8:18am on a Monday and they still weren’t open. The open sign was on but doors locked and knowone answering the phone. I don’t expect that type of thing to happen at a doctors office where people rely on fast URGENT care. We ended up leaving. I will not return. Very unprofessional..
