We scheduled online. Received many text updates regarding when we had to be there. Kind of scolding in nature. After checking in and supposedly being next in line, we waited over an hour!!!! We walked out. I had asked the receptionist the timeline and was told we were next. After another 15 minutes we were done with waiting! Should have never gone there! Roper: you have a lot of work to do to even compete with the Trident ER. So disappointed.
This site is convenient and very efficient. I typically use them for blood draws and lab services but also for vaccines, etc. The staff at s compassionate and helpful and they run like a well oiled machine. Of course sometimes they are quite busy but they move along and take good care of the patients.
Handled an issue with my wife. Out of town on vacation and they were fantastic help!!
I arrived at this James Island Urgent Care facility approximately 7:40 p.m. on Thursday, August 6th seeking care for a possible foot injury. The facility’s posted hours indicated that it was open until 8:00 p.m. Upon arrival, however, I was told that it was too late for me to be seen. I confirmed that the facility was, in fact, still open until 8:00 p.m. and asked what the actual cutoff time was for accepting patients. Was it 7:30? 7:15?
