Plan was to get 8 stitches removed. "Held my place" online. HAHA Read online there was a 10 minute wait HAHA. Checked in within my allotted "hold" time. Waited 1.5-2 hours. Saw no medical professional. Inquired about my place in the queue. Was told the doctor has 3 patients "back there" including another suture removal. HOW LONG CAN THAT TAKE?? Much better experience today. Keenah at the desk was very kind and helpful. Tammy, the tech was also very friendly and made sure to keep me comfortable. Appreciated the communication about why it was taking longer than expected as well as keeping me updated throughout the process. Very fast and the techs were great. Not great experience with the receptionist though. I called ahead of time before driving over there to see if my labs were in the system so I didn’t wind up going for no reason.
