Very professional. Very detailed on how things operate.
The facility itself is physically small and somewhat chaotic. It seems like the personnel were working with (3+) clients at a time. This made it feel like to me that the focus is on "quantity" instead of "quality." Some of the therapists are excellent (kind and courteous) and others are not so good. The "support staff" doesn't really contribute, but instead adds to the chaos. I would return at another time; the good outweighs the negative.
