Flexible, dedicated, knowledgeable. Having never done physical therapy before, I was a bit nervous on what they would make me do after my knee surgery. Nilosha, Hunter, and I think Nate (not sure of his name), have been wonderful. The exercises, while not necessarily easy at all, did much to improve the tightness in my knee and my range of motion.
