Having real people that are kind, knowledgeable, and caring to help you through this process is invaluable! Insurance claims can be confusing but these guys help/deal directly with insurance companies and know how to make everyone happy in the end!
JT was amazing. From start to finish he coordinated the project like a pro, that Ropa Roofing is. A total put together Company that has it all together. It almost went too smooth. We had only one glitch but it was because I failed to let them know of it. JT sent someone that very day to fix it. Would definitely recomend this Company for any roofing project. If they Can handle a 12 and 12 pitch, they are qualified for any roof. Dennis
We had a frustrating and disappointing experience with Ropa Roofing! Much of the process was delayed with ongoing postponements: the roof replacement, gutters, and downspouts. On the front end, they dealt with our insurance company to make sure the claim covered our entire roof and gutters, which was helpful, and we knew it was a challenging time due to lots of roof and gutter replacements from the May hail storm.
