Good luck getting ANYONE to answer the phone in the office they literally ignore it. ALL. THE. TIME. By far the WORST apartment complex I’ve lived in or been in. Especially when you try and call about your dryer not working all the time. Yet again no one answers. Oh and the breaker to the bedroom/bathroom/kitchen blows AT LEAST 3 times while I’m blow drying my hair. These apartments are TERRIBLE and not up to date.
I can tell you honestly, that you won't find a better maintenance crew. A full staff of incredible experience, that can handle anything thrown at them. Once the construction is done, there will probably be sound barriers in place. These apartments are up to date, and very spacious. Bad reviews come from bad experiences that are usually self induced.
Don't do it. It seems nice at first, but they'll kick you on the way out.
