I had an awesome experience with the salesman and the paperwork went smoothly. BUT..the person that put my wrong address on the title and sent the certified mail to wrong address caused the mail to be rerouted thru 6 locations before sent back to agency. Lisa in the office was very helpful, but due to the wrong address on title. caused problems at License Bureau and also no one told me since the car was out of state that I had to get another inspection and another visit to License Bureau!
