I have waited to post this review for quite some time just to see how the service work that was done on our 2018 Denali XL shook out. First off, that engine in that particular year has been absolute junk. So much so, I have previously sworn off buying any further GM products. We have had that engine replaced not once, but TWICE. I sent in a prequalified application online and Taylor Morgan was prompt in getting in touch with me! I didn’t have the best set up but she got me in a newer vehicle with only 8700 miles! Terrell, Tony and her got me home in a new car after a stressful weekend of finding out my previous car was no longer worth the repair. Thank you so so much, you all really turned my day around!
We bought our Yukon AT4 in April of 2025, it had around 14,000 miles on it with full warranty on it. About a month later we started having problems with the retractable running boards. My grandson was getting in the car and the running board closed on his leg. I’ve taken the Yukon in twice to have it repaired, neither time did it get fixed!
