Very friendly, amazing customer service. Genuinely cares about the customers, the customer's wants and needs. They are really knowledgeable of their cars, the explain every detail of the process of buying the car. They also explain every detail in the contract of buying the car, answer any questions or concerns. They suggested Gap coverage. It is good they did just in case anything happens. I highly recommend them.
I had a nice salesman and the car buying was a great experience. I love my car however. We got the extra warranty from bumper to bumper and protection plan for exterior and interior, we got our car delivered to us 2 days after we signed the papers and it was supposed to be serviced and detailed and filled up upon delivery to us it was not filled up or detailed. Then I was in the understanding after asking several people that we would have a 100.00 deductible to get a service done anywhere, I thought was included in the warra... read more
