The worst experience with a salon I’ve ever had. Booked an appointment and when I showed up the salon was closed. I called anyway and somehow it was the owners personal number and said she would be right over. She comes to open the salon and then told me she’s having someone else come do my hair that I didn’t know and had no idea what their work was like. I made an appointment with a stylist at Rootz to Endz. About a week before the appointment, the stylist sent me a message saying she was switching salons and that she could still do my hair there. Amazing experience! It was my first time getting extensions and Engy was so nice and knowledgeable, my hair has never looked so good!
