We started bi-weekly sessions with Tara following a very difficult time. She created a safe space where our 11-year-old felt comfortable sharing his experiences in his own way and at his own pace. Tara kept us informed every step of the way, clearly explaining the progress and goals. She is a compassionate and skilled art and child therapist — we highly recommend her.
So thankful to have found Tara. Its hard to find a therapist that meets all the criteria's you look for. She is patient, compassionate and creates a calm and safe space in her sessions. I feel like I am in very capable hands and provides me with the tools I need to feel the results with each session
