Julia does an incredible job of creating an accessible and safe space no matter what your background is. She clearly deeply values making therapy inclusive and approachable for all types of people and that intention comes through in every interaction. She meets you where you are without any pressure. She is very skilled at IFS and helps you understand your internal world so well by connecting you with different parts of yourself in a way that feels both grounding and empowering! Can’t recommend Julia highly enough
