EDIT TO OWNERS RESPONSE: If a swatch is way different than what comes in that is not my fault, and should be a no charge or discount since that is not what I picked out originally. Why would I want to glaze my hair darker if that’s not what I wanted or chose? I had DARK extensions that I was just going to reuse but went with the lighter ones.
