My husband and I have had the best experience with both Daniel and Rosanne! Daniel was so responsive and was always able to meet us at properties with little to no notice. He was quick to set up appointments and walked us through the home buying process with ease. He introduced us to his inspector, lender, etc. and they have all been amazing. We cannot recommend Roots Real Estate enough! We look forward to moving in our new home and using them again when we are ready to sell and move again!
We have acquired over 5 properties in the last 5 years, and have had multiple Interactions with real state agents/companies. Hands-down this has been the best. I will say Nicole Levine is the best realtor, very knowledgeable, Very patient has many contacts that make buying/renovating a breeze!
