I was impressed by the whole experience. The salon is clean and bright. I appreciate that she was not juggling other customers at the same time. She asked about my current routine and took the time to explain a better method for optimal styling and hair health. Most importantly, she styled/trimmed without cutting too much. Other stylists would almost always cut my 3c hair too short. My curls were poppin when I left the salon and I still had my length! Simply said, I will definitely be returning!

I had my curly hair cut and styled by Kim today and she did such a good job on my hair. She spent a good deal of time understanding my hair and my style preferences. I learned so much about how to work with curly hair using the right techniques and products. Kim even followed up with written instructions after our time together. I highly recommend Kim and will go back to her for my future hair care needs.

For about 2 years I’ve been going to the Roots Radicals salon in Williamsburg. I’ve always loved it. Yesterday, for logistical reasons, I went to their Danbury location. It was my first time there and the first time Kim cut my short, curly hair. I could not be happier with the results—or the experience. My daughter loves her new haircut. Kim was excellent and explained everything very well. I would 100% recommend it is so worth it. I learned so much. And now her curls look amazing!
