Made it before it turned 9 pm and they already threw the food out. Thought most places kept food until they completely closed.

Huge and tasty salads!
I love Roots, and while there have been occasional mix-ups, like missing sweet potatoes, I’ve usually let it go. But today, I found three long blonde hairs, each over a foot long, tangled in my salad. One was so deeply embedded I couldn’t even pull it out it was anchored to the bottom, which was honestly repulsive. I called the store to let them know and ask for a refund, but was surprised by the lack of basic customer service.
