I've been going to Nicole since 2017, and I couldn't find a better hairdresser. She does my highlights and I'm always happy with the resulta, plus she is very empathetic; I have back pain, and she always tries to make me confortable. She is very sweet and special to me.
I REALLY wanted to love this place. it’s so local to me, the salon is adorable, the lady who cut my hair was incredible, the hair cut was even better, BUT the entire experience was completely ruined by the multiple box fans running throughout the salon to “keep cool.” The person doing my hair cut was clearly overly hot, which was completely understandable - considering i was sweating immediately after my wash. Nicole has been doing my hair for 15 plus years. I love her and I love Roots and Mane. It's very clean and everyone working there is super friendly. I highly recommend Nicole and Roots and Mane to everyone! Update: still love it here!
