So helpful the young lady who assisted me with finding crochets to help with a style. I was greeted immediately upon entering. Nice place and I appreciated this place being in the area. A newer place opened up a few blocks from here and although its larger it does not have the same quality this establishment has. Noone was leaning on the counter or on there phone.
Roots Hair & Beauty NEVER DISAPPOINTS !! the customer service is ALWAYS AMAZING !! the staff goes ABOVE & BEYOND !! they are always very knowledgeable about any new products I may be looking into trying, this may be THE BEST BLACK OWNED establishment in the Chattanooga !! it’s always a VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE not only at the Brainerd Road location but as well as the Highway 58 location as well !!
Roots hair and beauty is the only hair store I shop with because of their professional customer service and they are always there to greet you at the door, nobody is looking at you like you're crazy lol and someone is always there to assist you in whatever you need. I recommend roots to anyone that doesn't like big crowded hair stores and to anyone that likes to shop without all the attitude
We went into Roots Hair and Beauty looking for a wig for my mom who is having chemo. The young lady who helped us was very patient. She made us feel welcome and provided the best customer service of any of the places we have visited so far. I wish all the places provided such great customer service.
