Worst Experience at Roots Community Health Centre My experience at Roots Community Health Centre with Dr. Hala Ahmed was awful. The doctor’s actions clearly show signs of dementia—she forgets her patients, their pain, their treatment, and even her own commitments. The reception is arrogant, careless, and constantly making mistakes with appointments. The nurses are unprofessional and unhelpful. This is the worst clinic I have ever visited. Don’t waste your time with Dr. Hala Ahmed or Roots Community Health Centre.
