I've been really anxious about renewing my Medi-Cal coverage, and got a letter from Roots offering to help. It was a looong way from where I live by BART and bus, but so worth it. The counselor saw me with no wait and was able to deal with my proof of income being online and not on paper. Very grateful to Roots Community Health Center for getting me through the process!
A place where second chances are given for those who really want and need it..
I was there on a Saturday for an event. It wasn't open but the staff who were there were so polite and helpful. I imagine they are always that way every day of the week. �
I had fun out with my son Isaiah to the event my son Isaiah loves his new hair cut since its free and the food was good thanks for the invite please let me know when again on next year...
