Our friends called us this week to let us know that Roots is open for dinner take-out service and they have a vegetarian option We ordered the vegetarian meatloaf family dinner, which includes the vegetarian meatloaf (unbelievably good), mashed potatoes, fresh green vegetables and dessert. Due to the distance from the restaurant to our home we did have to reheat in the microwave for 30 seconds but this meal was fantastic! We had the take out vegan meatloaf family meal and it was one of the best meals we’ve ever had! Everything was so fresh and delicious. We really appreciate you being open during this time and serving vegan meals! Thank you and we will be ordering again very soon.
