Today I had a great experience with one of the workers. Her service was amazing and she really helped me out with finding what I needed. She told me her name but I forgot it BUT she’s really sweet and very presentable! Thank you so much for helping me today it made the process much quicker for me!
Came into Roots to return an item and was helped by Isabel, she was so kind and patient, especially with my mom who doesn’t speak English well. She made us feel comfortable and took great care of us. One of the best customer service experiences we’ve had. Thank you, Isabel!
