Came into Roots to return an item and was helped by Isabel, she was so kind and patient, especially with my mom who doesn’t speak English well. She made us feel comfortable and took great care of us. One of the best customer service experiences we’ve had. Thank you, Isabel!

I felt discriminated here, as soon as I walked into the store the 2 Asian girls were watching me and wouldn’t leave me alone.. even when I went to try on the clothes they came knocking in the change room. You don’t see them following anyone around but a black person! Disgusting behaviour.
