The food at Heart & Soy/Roots is so delicious, even a non-vegetarian would like it. My favorite dish is the white beans with cabbage (Roots). It's a simple dish packed with flavor. Restaurants come and go in The Highlands but this one has staying power!

Never a bad meal. Food is excellent and everyone is always friendly. I LOVE this place!
Went with family so we sampled alot, and everything was delicious! Friendly staff, food came out fast and was reasonably priced. We are new to being vegan and this was a great place to go out to eat and not feel a bit slighted!
What a phenomenal selection for the vegan, vegetarian, or omnivore looking for a meat break. I had the Korean rice bowl with egg and it was so flavorful with spicy tofu, veggies (carrots and cabbage), and a runny egg over the top to give it an even richer taste. I also had a chai bubble tea, which tasted like an oatmeal cookie (good, but very sweet). My only regret is not having room for dessert!
