This place is not just a great place to eat as a vegetarian/vegan, but a place here in Louisville that has compassion for all beings at its core.
Not much of a tofu person normally, but I really digged the sandwich and the homemade tofu! The banana bread was yummy too! It's also kind of cool to able to see the tofu machine through the open window arrangement! 😋
This is a very nice spot. The food was amazing and the presentation was aweaome. The staff was very attentive and courteous. I will definitely come again!!
