Called Dave on a Saturday afternoon to come clear a main line clog at my home (therefore restricting ALL of my drains). I was originally told me he wouldn't be able to come out until Sunday morning. I got a call from him about 2hrs later saying he had an opening if I still needed him to come out (I did). He arrived about a half hour later, set up his equipment, cleared the clog (which took less time than it did to set up the snake), and then verified my main line was cleared in both directions just to be safe. Dave totally saved us on a Saturday morning!! Another plumbing company, who shall remain nameless, had told us that they would have to jack hammer through our basement floor at a cost of $1200 just to diagnose the problem. Our main drain was clogged and we were actually thinking we would have to go stay in a hotel for the weekend! Dave showed up right on time, diagnosed the problem (without a jack hammer) cleared the drain and was out the door, all for under $300! Can't recommend them highly enough!
