I had a fantastic experience with Jason from Rooter-Man Plumbing company. They were prompt, even showing up earlier than expected. Jason was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything clearly before starting the job. He expertly fixed my tub shower handle and spout without any unnecessary fuss. He was professional, courteous, and left the area clean. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and the level of customer service! I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Jason was super attentive, making sure he answered any questions about any plumbing issues I had around the house. He was thorough in his explanations and advice and explained everything in a way I could understand. He was also cautious and clean with my house, making sure he wore the booties inside, for example, and wiping off any water that dropped when he opened the toilet tank. My water pipe burst in my front yard and State Farm recommended Rooterman. I called them and from the moment the dispatcher Misty answered the phone the service was friendly and professional. She was able to get a plumber, Chris, out in less than 3 hours! Chris was professional, friendly, and patient and kept me abreast of what he was doing during the entire project. I would highly recommend Rooterman to anyone with plumbing needs!
