I had a fantastic experience with Jason from Rooter-Man Plumbing company. They were prompt, even showing up earlier than expected. Jason was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything clearly before starting the job. He expertly fixed my tub shower handle and spout without any unnecessary fuss. He was professional, courteous, and left the area clean. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and the level of customer service! I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

We had a major slab plumbing issue that required over 50 feet of tunneling under our home, and RooterMan handled it from start to finish with professionalism, skill, and a surprising amount of patience. Rooter-man answered my emergency request on Sunday. Jason McKinley (plumber) called me and gave me eta estimate, along with getting text from company identification of whom to expect. Jason is very professional and journeyman of his profession. Estimated cost was very reasonable and did not leave until job completion and cleanup accomplished. I recommend Rooter-Man Plumbing for your next plumbing repair, emergency or repair

Chris was outstanding in the service provided. He was good at communicating what needed to be done to replace septic grinder pump. However, there was a 2 person crew and only one did any work (Chris); they were here for one hour to locate the problem and remove the failed pump which was a total labor of one hour. They pulled out the faulty pipe, laid it on the ground then asks what do you want to do? So we ask, well replace it, what are you going to charge for that? Then he says the price and now we're stuck. Rooterman and Eddie really took care of me and my minor emergency plumbing problem quickly (reached out to after business, was finished by mid morning the next day) and with care. Eddie was thorough, friendly, and took time to show me how to attack some the problems an oblivious homeowner neglects. I highly recommend both Rooterman and Eddie.
