I had a fantastic experience with Jason from Rooter-Man Plumbing company. They were prompt, even showing up earlier than expected. Jason was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything clearly before starting the job. He expertly fixed my tub shower handle and spout without any unnecessary fuss. He was professional, courteous, and left the area clean. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and the level of customer service! I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

I have had issues with the drains our restaurant for years. It has been an ongoing battle to keep them clear. I have used so many companies in the past, but I finally got a fantastic plumber come through calling Rooterman, and them sending Collen out. I have never seen someone put forth so much effort to do the job correctly. He's incredible and I am so thankful that he has been helping us with the issues. THANK YOU!!!

Canon was fantastic! I had a pressure issue with the hot water in my shower and had another plumber take a look at it. They told me nothing could be done to fix it. I decided to try again with Rooter and am glad I did! Canon spent the time to eliminate possible issues, starting with the most affordable potential fix (i.e replacing the cartridge). Jason with Rooterman is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He walked us through all of his findings in detail, mapped out the location of each issue, and made sure we understood the nuances. He also provided a detailed list of repair estimates and clearly explained both best- and worst-case scenarios, which really helped us feel comfortable. Will definitely hire again!
