Eddie is a good man. I appreciate when people take time to take off/cover their shoes when entering my home. He examined the situation, he took steps to find the problem in the least intrusive way. When he determined the leak was coming from the water lines against the side wall, he tried his best to minimize the damage of just ripping apart the wall (which I greatly appreciate). Found the source of the leak, fixed it and cleaned up. A+++ Thank you Eddie

The entire team at Rooter-Man is first class. Jason's initial work to assess the issue, give me best case and worst case options and be there every step of way was appreciated. Collen and Alan did a terrific job with the repairs. They worked a long day to get the job done in a day and it wasnt easy. I never believe plumber reviews online but this was a great experience albeit a bit pricier than I had anticipated. Really easy to book and Josh was super knowledgeable. He was here for 2+ hours fixing my sink and gas line that I had installed during a remodel by a cheaper plumber. I’m learning that for plumbing just pay up or else going to pay for it later.

Rooterman plumbing was great, I was aware of a leak due to standing water at the edge of my house. After talking to multiple plumbers, Eddie at Rooterman presented a very clear plan on how to try and detect the leak and the best way to go about it step by step. Eddie and Matthew traced down the supply line having to dig to unearth it and repaired it quickly. They were honest, fair, and communicated clearly the whole time. Would recommend for any problem or project.
