Chris was outstanding in the service provided. He was good at communicating what needed to be done to replace septic grinder pump. However, there was a 2 person crew and only one did any work (Chris); they were here for one hour to locate the problem and remove the failed pump which was a total labor of one hour. Then, upon return with a new pump, it took another one hour of labor to install the new equipment. I have been a Rooter Man customer for years, and this is my first visit from Eddie. He did a great job for us. He gave us options, performed fast work, and got us back in action same day. He also helped us understand some future issues we want to tackle, so really gave us great service. A+

If only the entire world operated with the same intentionality, quality followthtrough, and attention to customer service that Rooter Man does, we'd all be better off. I've worked with Rooter Man for years: bathroom sink replacement, emergency pipe repair, drain clearing, water jetting, video inspection, and toilet installation (maybe more but that's all I remember). I don’t normally write reviews, but Eddie was awesome. The after hours answering service quoted me the wrong pricing and after I talked to him on the phone and was confused, Eddie went back, listened to the message, realized that the information I had been told was incorrect, called the home office and told them they needed to honor it, got them to agree, and had that all taken care of before he even knocked on my door. Eddie was a huge help! Very professional and solved our problem quickly. Our sink faucet is running good as new. Another great experience with Rooterman.
