I had a fantastic experience with Jason from Rooter-Man Plumbing company. They were prompt, even showing up earlier than expected. Jason was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything clearly before starting the job. He expertly fixed my tub shower handle and spout without any unnecessary fuss. He was professional, courteous, and left the area clean. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and the level of customer service! I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

We had a major slab plumbing issue that required over 50 feet of tunneling under our home, and RooterMan handled it from start to finish with professionalism, skill, and a surprising amount of patience. Josh did an outstanding job reworking the plumbing for my shower. His expertise was clear from the start—he’s knowledgeable, meticulous, and takes real pride in his work. On top of that, he’s friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Eddie from Rooterman Plumbing was great to work with. He showed up on time and kept me updated the whole way through. We found that a nail had penetrated the pipe, and even though it was really close to the slab, he worked hard to carefully cut out that section and replace it with a new piece — instead of having to re-run the whole pipe. That saved us a lot of time and money. Really appreciate his effort and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Eddie was great. He is friendly and professional. He is very trustworthy. These are rare qualities but he possesses them. He was timely and did not try to nickel and dime me with overages. I highly recommend him and this company.
