Eddie Pollack rocks! I had a clogged shared drain in a double sink, and all signs were it being a clog in the wall and not just a clogged p-trap. I know my pluming limits, so it was time to call a pro. Eddie came out on short notice on a Saturday morning and cleared it out in no time. He gave me some tips on how to avoid further problems, since my AC drains into that same sink. The whole time, he was very professional and helpful. Jay was efficient (fast), friendly, and the work was top notch. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a water heater replacement. I called rooter-man around 3pm and the replacement was done by 5:30. The price was a little steep but the 10 year warranty was worth it.

All I can say is it feels really good to know a good plumber. We had replaced the grease seal on our toilet at work and a couple of months later the odor came back and the guys came and saw the degree seal we had and failed and so they put in a better one. Contacting ruderman was easy having the guys come as scheduled was easy. I will use them in the future.
