Had an issue with a clogged floor drain that backed up the whole house. I called Rooter Man and Darrell came over immediately. He was super professional, looked through the issue, and gave us an estimate before doing the work. He was able to address the issue and was super nice on providing suggestions on how to prevent future build up. When you have an emergency, Rooter Man really came to the rescue. Definitely a recommendation for others who need service to drains!
Darrell was quick to respond when we had water coming up through our basement drain pipe. He was knowledgeable, timely, professional, and offered reasonable rates. Darrell answered all of our questions. He will be our go-to contact for any future issues.
