Billed $350 for around 5mins of work. Ways service could improve -Communication (what caused water backup/ how to prevent future water backup) (Summary of services rendered) -Cleanup The area worked on should be left the way it was found. (Wipe down anything that got wet or dirty during the service) Service was poor for the price. If service improved I’d have felt better about paying 350 for 5min work.
He literally hung up on my friend when she questioned his billing for services not rendered.
Got same day service. Price was fair and they got my main sewer drain cleared when two other plumbing companies could not and still took money for a job they couldn't do. In steps RooterMan and gets it done. Tech was very professional and I believe the owner who did me a solid by doing good work and getting it done when others could not. Buy once cry once call them when you need the job done right. Thank you so much for your help!

Had an issue with a clogged floor drain that backed up the whole house. I called Rooter Man and Darrell came over immediately. He was super professional, looked through the issue, and gave us an estimate before doing the work. He was able to address the issue and was super nice on providing suggestions on how to prevent future build up. When you have an emergency, Rooter Man really came to the rescue. Definitely a recommendation for others who need service to drains!
