The owner of this business tracked black water onto my carpet and through my house. We had to rip up and replace carpet per ServePro. When confronted about it, he said “a little bit of black water, never killed anybody.” and he refused to pay for damages or even offer a discount on his service. He was very rude and disrespectful to me while over the phone. He later called my husband back to inform him that he didn’t swear at me, (which he absolutely did). DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Darrell is a nice man who obviously knows what he is doing. After another company charged me $800 for a job they could no complete in three hours...Darrell came by the next day and had my drain cleared in twenty minutes at a much more reasonable rate. Do not hesitate to hire him.

Billed $350 for around 5mins of work. Ways service could improve -Communication (what caused water backup/ how to prevent future water backup) (Summary of services rendered) -Cleanup The area worked on should be left the way it was found. (Wipe down anything that got wet or dirty during the service) Service was poor for the price. If service improved I’d have felt better about paying 350 for 5min work.

Got same day service. Price was fair and they got my main sewer drain cleared when two other plumbing companies could not and still took money for a job they couldn't do. In steps RooterMan and gets it done. Tech was very professional and I believe the owner who did me a solid by doing good work and getting it done when others could not. Buy once cry once call them when you need the job done right. Thank you so much for your help!
