Rudy came out on time took care of my issues and gave me valuable information on plans with Rooter Hero
Avoid this company. We called them for the kitchen that was slow down to check what is going on and possibly snake it down. They came about 2 hours after we made the call. Rudy Gonzales came and didn't look like he wanted to work and do anything. He saw that the water is flowing/draining. He tried to put the snake down, without any effort to resolve anything, used small batery operated tool that looked like a toy and spent max 3-4 minutes to inform us that we will need a hydro jet because the snake can't remove the buildup. ... read more
