My toilet stopped filling up in the tank last night and after a quick google search I landed on Rooter Hero. I think most of us are a little apprehensive about calling a plumber, since we are inexperienced and worry about extreme prices and services. I felt like I was taking a gamble. Yony and Omar came out and quickly diagnosed the issue. Omar was able to get my pilot relit and gave me great advice on getting the part replaced through the warranty. They arrived very fast and were professional and friendly. 10/10 would recommend again.

If you have money to blow, this is your company! First guy George that came out was very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the next guy who came out Fernando was straight out of Used Car salesman 101 training. He charged me $350 for 2min of his time to tell me nothing could be done without a $20,000 re-pipe. While this was definitely one solution, they refused to offer any other temporary solutions, and said $350 for a 2min estimate was justified. I have met so many passionate people in a long time. The service of this company is amazing, but the people are even more amazing. Mr Yony Vasquez was friendly and passionate at every moment. I am truly grateful. It was a pleasure to share the little food I had. I am truly grateful.
