Rooter Express at the Concord, NC office took advantage of my elderly disabled parents (both in wheelchairs). Disgusting behavior from a company. My parents had a septic emergency and was unable to use their facilities. Rooter express quoted them $450. Once they arrived the price went up to $2,950 and 30 minutes later another $1000 dollars. Thank you Michelle for taking our call and dispatching. Mr. Wright was quick to arrive, assess the job, and provide a quote. He was very professional and the installation went well. The water heater was professional grade and larger capacity than the old one. He was diligent removing the old one and installing the new. He cleaned up after himself and took the old water heater for disposal. If we need work done we know who to call. Thank you!
