Kenny is amazing! Miracle worker with color and always on schedule!
I like to keep my hair short, usually shaved at the sides, and my hair always looks really nice after coming for a cut here. Not only does the cut look great every time, it grows out really nicely as well. Kenny does a fabulous job. I’ve been coming to him for years!!!
KTL Rooted Salon was a great experience! This was my first time visiting, and I will definitely be back. Kenneth, the owner, was so friendly and welcoming. His upbeat personality and great energy were so contagious! The salon was a cute little cottage with a great location in the old Folsom hills downtown district.
