I have had two sessions so far, and already noticing a difference! I am sleeping better and overall just feeling less anxious and more grounded. Mercedes provided a thorough overview of how my brain is working, and was able to see that I had some anxiety and that my brain was working overtime. I'm looking forward to continuing this journey to a good sleep and a clearer mind!

I am so happy I found this service! I was really struggling with fatigue. The exhaustion was ruining my life. After 4 sessions with brain balance I am sleeping so well and feeling so rested every night. What a game changer!!!!!!!! Highly recommend.
