She cancelled twice on me, 1st time was an hour right before my scheduled massage on the day of and another time was online without any explanation or reason. Tried to contact her but no response, no call back, nothing. Lack of professionalism.
What other have said down below. Had 3 separate appointments over 3 months cancelled on me the day of the appointment with little effort to reschedule. Left vm, took a long time to get scheduled again only to be cancelled on as I'm about to leave my house for the appointment. One time, life happens. 3 times with no effort, not acceptable. Lacking customer service. Also was unable to get a refund for the services already purchased. If you value your time, go elsewhere
Good luck getting an appt. I called and left several messages with no return phone call even though her voicemail says return call within 24-48 hrs.
Cancelled on me twice within an hour of my appointments. Very disappointed.
