Food is surely second to none (compared to other Cincinnati restaurants) when it comes to a vegan life. I appreciate how they cater to your needs for the dishes you like considering the prices. The ONLY issue is the air condition, can you please get it fixed? Your boy (ME) almost had a heat stroke on my last visit lol.
I ran in, while on a conference call to pick up lunch. What great service, she knew I was in a rush and smiled :-) I felt bad but they made me feel comfortable. And the Thai Grain bowl was so YUMMY!
I love the drinks but you should hire a more personal professional staff.(esp after paying $10-$12 for a drink)
Good enough food, customer service is greatly lacking.
My wife and I went to the Wooster Pike location today for our first visit ever and we were highly impressed. She got the power trip smoothie and I got the power protein bowl. They were really amazing. We will definitely be returning.
A friend recommended Rooted to me. I drove from Dayton down to try it. I was not disappointed. Amazing food and really nice people working. I will definitely be coming back �
