I absolutely loved Melissa. she did a terrific job with my hair.I was so impressed.My hair was a disaster when I went in there.I wish I had a before and picture. it's so gorgeous.She lightened it and toned it and it's beautiful.I can't wait to go back to her.

Called to try to push appointment back. Texted me a few minutes later to let me know that my appointment was cancelled despite having already booking it days prior. It was cancelled on the 9th and I was given the 25th as the next available. She offered to try to fit me back and when I mentioned I was wait listed at other places she stopped trying to honor my appointment. Only saving grace was that I wasn't charged the large cancellation fee.

My sister and I visited together to get our hair balayaged. We LOVED our experience and had fun being able to book an appointment together. Mellie took our Pinterest Inspo and made it a reality. I love how the cool toned blondes turned out even though I have naturally DARK brown hair. Thank you!!!!

I texted Melissa last week to see if I could get in for an appointment (if she had any) on the day I had off. She did! And got me in. As a mom who works full time and has a daughter in sports, I don’t always have the time to go get my hair done. Melissa knows that and she’s very understanding. She did a color on me that is very low maintenance. Melissa has an eye for color! It turned out beautiful. She takes her time and I never feel like she’s rushing to get me out of her chair.
