Perpetually overpriced and under staffed. Just got charged for a pup-cup because it was for my kid. Asked for no bone and got charged a for a in-n-out ketchup sized tiny cup of whipped cream.
You guys used to make some of the best coffee in the valley, but my god... what is this abomination you just handed me...
Waitressing the morning have increased I come between 6-6:10 and it takes forever. I might have to stop making this my coffee stop. Also the online ordering does not always work this early.
Rooted has the best drinks! I’ve never had a coffee or tea that I didn’t like. Everything tastes fresh and doesn’t have that “artificial” taste that most chain coffee shops have. It’s a favorite spot for my kids and I for a coffee and a treat!
Amazing little place with friendly workers and an extensive drink menu. Their iced chai latte is the best I’ve ever had!
