We eat here often for lunch. They always have great food!
My friend and I wanted to meet halfway between us for our Christmas lunch. We arbitrarily picked Root and Vine. And we are so glad we did because we had a fantastic experience. We had a 92 year old friend with us. McKenzie was our waitress and was a perfect combination of professional and friendly. Dined al fresco in a quaint and quiet atmosphere. Nice wine list, uncomplicated menu with something for everyone. Ribeye, fingerling potatoes, and haricots verts were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Our server Penelope was attentive to our needs and helped us to choose our entrees and wine. She kept our wine glasses topped off and checked to see how we were doing at just the right intervals. Penelope made our visit so much fun....a delightful experience!
Absolutely an Amazing place to eat. The crab cake was DELICIOUS.
