I underwent PRP and laser treatments at Root Hair Institute for a full year with virtually zero results — a complete waste of my time and money. When I asked to speak with Dr. Roopani about next steps, I was told I would need to pay an additional consultation fee despite already being a loyal paying patient for an entire year. Update: Julia called me back, she was apologetic about lateness of return call. She got me scheduled for 3 laser treatments, lets hope this works! If it does work I will be SCREAMING THE PRAISES of this place to EVERYONE I know. I used to have such thick hair, I am now at 40% of my hair volume and have tried so many other things. I took PRP and laser treatment from them for a year and I got zero to no results. Absolute waste of my money and time. I was just scammed and they just wanted to get your money
Dr. Kash and her entire staff are amazing. The office manager Julia is equally as amazing. They are knowledgeable, kind, and tremendous at proactive education to ensure that my hair is and remains at its highest quality. I have referred many friends and will continue to. This is an amazing clinic that I highly recommend.
