I underwent PRP and laser treatments at Root Hair Institute for a full year with virtually zero results — a complete waste of my time and money. When I asked to speak with Dr. Roopani about next steps, I was told I would need to pay an additional consultation fee despite already being a loyal paying patient for an entire year.
