This was my first session here. Kaitlin was knowledgeable and skilled in providing bodywork/massage and also provided guided stretching and advice for further treatment options. She helped to tease out long-term symptoms that hadn't been addressed effectively. She was super great at pinpointing specific problem areas while also looking at the bigger picture around reducing pain.
Excellent, interactive massage appointment with Kristin. Highly recommend for athletes who are very in tune with their bodies.
I've had a few sessions at Root and Branch, and I'd highly recommend it for anyone who wants a peaceful atmosphere with knowledgable and helpful practitioners.
Beautiful studio with warm vibes. Felt at home and had a wonderfully relaxing and therapeutic massage with Kaitlin. Recommend.
