She has helped me address various needs with both my injury rehabilitation and my general comfort & mobility. In addition to the pain management, the stress management impact has been great, not just because of Kaitlin cultivating a wonderful studio and environment, but also because she makes tr... read more

Noah's Architectural Movement classes are amazing: not only challenging, but restorative and reflective as well. Noah has a profound knowledge of the body and movement; my stability, balance and awareness have improved so much, both in and out of class!

Kaeti is a gem of a human and a wonderful coach! I’ve been working with Kaeti on my flexibility and handstands and she has been instrumental in safely and sustainably getting my hypermobile body prepped for contortion and hand-balancing. I can’t recommend Root and Branch enough!
