I called to make an appointment, no one ever answers the phone…God forbid. Anyway, they communicate via text and they told me they cannot make an appointment for me because they don’t recognize my name in the system. Well, it’s been quite a few years! So they don’t take any customers or welcome people who got new numbers?? It’ll be nice for someone to answer the phone to talk to them and communicate, however, that doesn’t happen. I have been going to Sara, owner of Root and Form, for my hair for over a decade. She is the only hair stylist in my entire life that I have ever committed to. Why? She is incredibly intuitive at her craft and knows how to blend it with your soul and personality. She is genuine and empathetic and can truly sense when you are ready to make a big shift with your hairstyle or maybe gently encourage you to just have a trim. Was very disappointed with the result of my hair. I am always willing to compromise however I left the studio with many different shades of red in my hair coupled with splotchy colors and rings of red. the back of my head is completely black but the front it’s this strange salmon tone. I payed 155 dollars for this. I tried reaching out and requesting a refund and was completely ignored. I’m just very disappointed and feel scammed
