I have been going to Sara, owner of Root and Form, for my hair for over a decade. She is the only hair stylist in my entire life that I have ever committed to. Why? She is incredibly intuitive at her craft and knows how to blend it with your soul and personality. Was very disappointed with the result of my hair. I am always willing to compromise however I left the studio with many different shades of red in my hair coupled with splotchy colors and rings of red. the back of my head is completely black but the front it’s this strange salmon tone. I payed 155 dollars for this. I tried reaching out and requesting a refund and was completely ignored. I’m just very disappointed and feel scammed

Lyndsey is an artist, and possibly a mind reader. She always understands my "vision" for my cuts. She is magnetic and fun and makes every haircut an adventure!!!
