They are GREAT. I would highly recommend them for any hair or nail need. I have Phillis as my hair stylist and Karen does my nails . They are terrific.

My car broke down in front of the Root 62 Hair and Nail Salon on Tuesday night the 10th of January. The tow company said it was going to be a 2 hour delay for the recovery. The heater didn't work either so I had to find a warm place to wait inside. I went into the Salon and they were extremely friendly and provided me with a cell phone charger as mine had went dead trying to let family members know where I was and why I wasn't going to be where I had told them and when. Awesome! First time I came was back in September with a groupon and Sam cut my hair and did a great job. So I came in a second time to get my layers cleaned up on Tuesday night. Karen, the owner did my hair, charged me a fair price and even recommended me awesome hair product that smells and looks great! Love the women here. Down to earth and fun. Recommended to my mom and she will be coming in next week. Definitely a hidden gem, I kind of don't want to tell my girlfriends so I don't have to share and fight for appointments ... read more
