These folks are the absolute best! I may have to drive 40 minutes but I wouldn't go anywhere else!
The beard trims here are great, straight razor shaves on the cheeks and neck complete with hot towel and beard balm and oil. I go to Zoe every time and she rocks it out and and I walk out looking fresh and sharp. Great service and even greater barbers here.
Just got my hair cut, Taylor is, simply put, an artist with hair! I'll never go anywhere else. I've never met someone more talented.
We (hubby and me) checked this place out on Sunday, needing haircuts for job interviews. And though the staff were friendly, it was quite possibly one of the worst haircuts I have ever received. The "fade" was haphazardly done, the trim around the ears were uneven, and they didn't even feather the high fade into the length on the top. I looked like a molting parrot! I ended up going to another barber and spending another 40.00 to have it corrected. Do not go here for a fade (or a cut), you will regret it.
This place is a special treat for me. I relax and feel well cared for and I love the haircut. I highly recommend Rooster's of Ballantyne!
Stylist did not listen at all to how I wanted my hair. I was very clear, when I said I wanted to keep the length. Just clean it up. And away she cut!! When I told her it was too short, she proceeded to rush through the remainder of the service. She was not receptive to the fact I was displeased with her service. And proceeded to argue with me when paying, as to how she gave me a great haircut. Quite possibly the worst experience I’ve had getting a service that was meant to be relaxing.
The experience at this Roosters was what I've come to expect from previous visits to another store. Great personal service.
Just came thru a major year of medical issues. The only thing I could hold onto was my hair, so it was very long. When I was feeling better, I wanted a new look. Jai did a great job with my "Makeover". I have never before received so many compliments on my hair. I'm a fan of Roosters!
