A totally unpleasant experience. I just drove out after spending a total of 17 minutes in this establishment. I have no idea who waited on me because she never introduced herself. When I entered i was asked if I had an appointment and I said no. The hairdresser sitiing on a lobby chair rose and asked me my name. She then proceeded to the computer, aparantly looking me up and had a quizzical look on her face so I said “I have never been here before”. She responded “oh I thought you had”. RecommendedThis is my new place for therapy. I love the feeling of being in the chair, getting a haircut and shave( the hot towel, the lather, the feel of the straight razor cleaning me up and smoothing me out and the fragrance from the grooming oil. i finally found the place I have been missing since my longtime full service barbershop closed up and moved down south.
